For optimal performance, fill the grinding chamber no more than halfway, as overfilling may hinder operation. It is recommended to grind between 200-250g at a time. Start by pressing the switch for 3-5 seconds, then pause briefly before resuming. To prevent overheating, avoid running the grinder for more than one minute continuously. A good approach is to hold the switch for 7-8 seconds, allowing for a 2-3 second pause before continuing. If a finer consistency is desired, gently tilt the grinder while pressing the switch.

Please note that this grinder is not suitable for materials with moisture, such as vegetables, fruits, meat, dried bones, or woody medicinal roots. When grinding oily ingredients like sesame seeds, walnuts, and peanuts, it is advisable to stir-fry them beforehand to reduce their oil content for more effective grinding.

For initial cleaning, you can use rice to make flour, which effectively cleans the grinder's inner compartment. After each use, ensure you unplug the machine and clean the inner compartment and lid using a brush or towel; water washing is not recommended.

During operation, the motor may generate heat due to its high speed and the friction of the processed materials. The stainless steel construction may become warm; therefore, avoid prolonged use to prevent overheating and potential damage.
